could applied their business experience, knowledge and passion for creating change in their workforce, workplace, marketplace and community.

million employees in over 160 organizations in
nineteen countries on six continents with services and programs offered in a variety of languages and dialects for organizations such as Verizon, MasterCard, Alaska Airlines, IBM, Siemens, We Energies, John Deere, Unilever Best Foods, General Dynamics Land Systems, Medtronic and Michelin North America to name a few. In addition to her roles as PRISM's President & CEO, author, speaker and executive consultant, Linda enjoys volunteering in her community providing diversity training to
Central Florida elementary schools.

Ms.
Janice Bowman is the President of PRISM's newest division the Association of Diversity Councils. With over 18 years of organizational leadership in workforce diversity/inclusion, Janice leads the division's business and content development. She is
one of the country's leading diversity council experts. Her most recent article "Winning the Race for Diverse Talent: the Role of the Diversity Councils" appeared in "Diversity Best Practices Winning the Race for Diverse Talent: A Major Report "while a recent presentation was featured by the Society of Human Resources in
their published Workplace Diversity Library Case/Studies/Best Practices. As the former Manager of Workforce Diversity for We Energies, a Wisconsin Fortune 500 utility, she provided
diversity leadership by converting their tactical diversity process to a strategic approach that linked to business
objectives, directed the implementation of Employee Network Groups and
developed the company's first diversity scorecard.
Mr.
Erv Walker is Senior Vice President of Client Relationships at PRISM.
In addition to his sales role, Erv provides
assessment services, executive consulting and
contributes to new product/service
development. Prior to joining PRISM, he was the Director of Client Services at Novations where he provided
diversity consulting, training and business development services. Prior to Novations, Erv enjoyed a 30 year career with the BellSouth Corporation and its subsidiaries where he held numerous senior leadership positions.
Alan Partin is Vice President of Client Relationships at PRISM. His career experience spans Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Security, Sales and Marketing. Before coming to PRISM, Alan discovered the bottom line impact that can be achieved by leveraging a diverse workforce to meet marketplace goals.
He started a Hispanic sales force to serve the emerging
Hispanic market and was able to increase company's sales by 20%. Because of his innovation and success, Alan was appointed to the company's President's Advisory Board.
Bobby Gordon is Vice President of Client Relationships at PRISM. He is a former cultural diversity practitioner with the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) where he developed, revised and conducted training for managers and senior military leaders in communications, organizational effectiveness and conflict resolution. His DEOMI experience took him to over 30 states and US territories and Germany and South Africa. Directly responsible for the needs analysis, instructional design, and leadership duties on diversity seminars for requesting civilian and military organizations, Bobby served as a participating think tank panelist in developing strategies on increasing the diversity of the Army and Air National Guard.
Natalie Pesantez
is the Membership Coordinator for the Association of Diversity Councils. She provides years of customer service experience gained from working in healthcare services, telecommunications and retail. Natalie came from the parent company PRISM International, Inc., where she was involved in many aspects of diversity and council work.
Marsha Pangburn is Manager of Customer Fulfillment at PRISM. She oversees the production and customization of client training materials; the shipping and successful delivery of client training materials; the scheduling of training and consulting personnel to client sites; invoicing and reorder processing. Throughout her nine years with PRISM, Marsha and her team have establish a consistent 99.9% annual quality service record for meeting production, shipping and delivery goals.

Inclusion & Involvement is one of the six PRISM Values developed and written by PRISM team members. This value challenges PRISM team members to incorporate their various perspectives, skills, experiences, backgrounds, knowledge and talents to improve and expand team thinking and enrich products, services and lives. PRISM team members demonstrating these traits include Mr. Sam Smith, former Manager of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action at IBM; Dr. Harold Belcher, former Corporate Diversity Consultant at SBC;
and Ms. Kelly Thayer, formerly with the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI).
