Linda Stokes envisioned. Her goal was to create a unique team where dedicated diversity professionals could applied their business experience, knowledge and passion for creating change in their workforce, workplace and marketplace. Leading PRISM over the past 17 years, she has built a firm that serves over 1.25 million employees in over 160 organizations in twenty countries on six continents with services and programs offered in a
variety of languages and dialects for organizations such as Verizon, MasterCard, Colgate-Palmolive, Alaska Airlines,
IBM, Siemens, We Energies, John Deere, TIAA-CREF, General Dynamics Land Systems, Medtronic and Michelin North America to name a few. She is a program developer, writer and contributor to media on matters of organizational
strategical and tactical diversity/inclusion. Linda is a recognized leader in the diversity field and coaches and mentors Executives, CDOs and diversity professionals at several of America’s top firms. Linda received the Orlando
Women's Executive Council's Award for Business.
Janice Bowman is the President of PRISM's newest division the Association of Diversity Councils.
She is one of the country's leading diversity council experts and is an often sought speaker, writer and contributor. Leveraging over 20 years of experience providing organizational leadership in diversity and inclusion,
Janice provides the ADC with leadership designed to be proactive in meeting emergent needs of councils as well as
"just-in time" needs when a more reactive approach is
required.
Tanya Watson is Vice President Business Development at PRISM. She assists organizations in strategically focusing their diversity process and leveraging resources to close business gaps. Prior to joining PRISM, she was a chemist who provided environmental waste (Superfund) analysis. She also operated a full service marketing and promotions
company that provided counseling and strategic business analysis focusing on marketing, event management and creative design. Her strengths include increasing business efficiency and profitability through understanding value and return on investment.
Erv Walker is Senior Vice President of Client Relationships at PRISM.
In addition to his sales role, Erv provides
assessment services, executive consulting and
contributes to new product/service
development. Prior to joining PRISM, he was the Director of Client Services at Novations where he provided
diversity consulting, training and business development services. Prior to Novations, Erv enjoyed a 30 year career with the BellSouth Corporation and its subsidiaries where he held numerous senior leadership positions.
Alan Partin is Vice President of Client Relationships at PRISM. His career experience spans Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Security, Sales and Marketing. Before coming to PRISM, Alan discovered the bottom line impact that can be achieved by leveraging a diverse workforce to meet marketplace goals.
He started a Hispanic sales force to serve the emerging
Hispanic market and was able to increase company's sales by 20%. Because of his innovation and success, Alan was appointed to the company's President's Advisory Board.
Bobby Gordon is Vice President of Client Relationships at PRISM. He is a former cultural diversity practitioner with the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) where he developed, revised and conducted training for managers and senior military leaders in communications, organizational effectiveness and conflict resolution. His DEOMI experience took him to over 30 states and US territories and Germany and South Africa.
Directly responsible for the needs analysis, instructional design, and leadership duties on diversity seminars for requesting civilian and military organizations, Bobby served as a participating think tank panelist in developing strategies on increasing the diversity of the Army and Air National Guard.
Natalie Pesantez is the manager of Client Relationships for the Association of Diversity Councils (ADC). Natalie brings more than ten years of customer service experience to her role managing member services for the ADC. She is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, representing the ADC at marketing events, managing budgets, preparing proposals and contracts as well as member solicitations.
Natalie came from the parent company, PRISM International, Inc., where she acquired 6 years of diversity and council work experience.

Inclusion & Involvement is one of the six PRISM Values developed and written by PRISM team members. This value challenges PRISM team members to incorporate their various perspectives, skills, experiences, backgrounds, knowledge and talents to improve and expand team thinking and enrich products, services and lives. PRISM team members demonstrating these traits include Mr. Sam Smith, former Manager of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action at IBM; Dr. Harold Belcher, former Corporate Diversity Consultant at SBC;
and Ms. Kelly Thayer, formerly with the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute
(DEOMI).
