Fernando Serpa is the Executive Director of the Association of ERGs & Councils a practice group of diversity and inclusion consulting and training firm PRISM International, Inc.

With two decades of diversity and inclusion experience, he draws on his in-depth experience across the public and private sector and excels at building dynamic, cross cultural diversity and inclusion strategies to influence systemic change across organizations.

Fernando has led diversity efforts for such Fortune 100 companies as Agilent Technologies, Symantec, JCPenney and Johnson Controls. His responsibilities have included worldwide diversity recruitment and retention, employee network groups, international programs and diversity and inclusion training.

Linda Stokes

Linda Stokes is President & CEO of PRISM International, Inc., an international consulting and training firm that helps organizations build inclusive and culturally competent teams by providing a comprehensive, strategic, enterprise--relevant diversity and inclusion process that benefits the organization, their employees and their customers. Lori Nickel
Vice President and Senior Diversity Consultant with Mitsubishi Financial Group

Lori Nickel is a Vice President and Senior Diversity Consultant with Mitsubishi Financial Group (MUFG) for the Americas and a frequent speaker at diversity and inclusion related symposiums and conferences. She has been with MUFG for 6 years and was previously a Vice President and Senior Leadership Facilitator with MUFG subsidiary, Union Bank.

Prior to joining MUFG, Lori was a multi-unit manager and regional executive for nation-wide pet care and veterinary company. She managed 15 locations across the United States, facilitated leadership development programs, led teams, launched new markets, supported merger and acquisition projects, wrote policy and spoke at industry-related conferences.

Lori is a certified practitioner in many content areas including performance consulting, 360 reviews, Insights, multiple Franklin Covey courses, CSI, Bev Kay, public speaking, and many others.

She holds a degree in Veterinary Technology and is currently working on her degree in International Business with minors in Human Resources and Spanish.

Miguel Valenciano

Miguel is recognized nationally and internationally for his extensive work in the area of diversity and inclusion as well as cross cultural effectiveness. He is a dynamic and energetic facilitator and trainer who successfully works with both the private and public sectors in addressing cross cultural and diversity issues. His easy-going personality and responsiveness to the participants make his training sessions rewarding and unique learning experiences.

Over the last several years, Miguel has developed and facilitated training on several continents, for fortune 500 and Global 1000 organizations. Miguel has firsthand experience and knowledge of the changing demographics impacting communities and the workplace. As an educator, administrator and a businessman, Miguel recognizes the need to embrace these changes and works to help corporations and individuals work productively, respectfully and inclusively to reap the benefits of a diverse workforce.

Stephanie Piimauna
Director of Diversity & Inclusion for MGM Resorts International

Stephanie has been in the customer service and learning and development industry for the past 20 years. Within the last 12 years she has traveled across the United States and Europe facilitating leadership training and delivering motivational speeches for many organizations including Boeing, Northrup Grumman, U.S. Airforce, and U.S. Army, the Four Seasons, Nacro UK, SMCOV, and many other companies. Stephanie is currently the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for the MGM Resorts International where she works closely with the company's Chief Diversity Officer in developing Diversity & Inclusion metrics, measurements, and goals as well as supports 12 CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Councils and 16 ENGs (Employee Network Groups).

Stephanie rejoined the MGM Resorts in March 1st of 2015 as a Sr. Diversity & Inclusion Consultant and was recently promoted into her new role. She originally started with the MGM Resorts in 2001 as an assistant front desk manager at Bellagio and left in 2003 as an Assistant Hotel Manager. Stephanie then joined Guardian Quest, a successful consultant firm offered various consulting services including Diversity, Inclusion, and Leadership Effectiveness training which she helped to develop and deliver.
