People managers are the critical link in leveraging all talent to meet their accountabilities. But do they know how and do they understand the link? After your initial D&I training, what have you offered to your Managers to inspire, engage and enroll them in the Talent Management process?

JPS LOGOThis conversation centers on how JPS Health Network utilized PRISM's training program Leveraging Diversity and Inclusion for Engagement and Innovation™ to develop specific skill sets and action plans for attracting, developing and engaging top talent – especially talent that may still be under-represented in parts of your organization.

Practical and tactical, this "next step" training program is designed to assist your People Managers to help create and sustain a vibrant, inclusive, engaged team who can deliver real business results.
