Bobby Gordon

Bobby is Vice President of Client Relationships at PRISM International, Inc. where he manages a global portfolio specializing in assisting organizations and individuals in achieving organizational goals by leveraging diversity and inclusion.

Prior to PRISM, Bobby was a cultural diversity trainer with the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) where he developed, revised and conducted training for managers and senior military leaders in communications, organizational effectiveness and conflict resolution. He facilitated in 30 states and US territories, Germany and South Africa.

Bobby received his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College and a Master's of Science in Transformative Leadership from Bethune-Cookman University.  He is also a certified Equal Opportunity Advisor graduating from Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute.

Bobby lives in Daytona Beach and is an avid golfer and Harley Davidson enthusiast.  

Francisca Phillips

Francisca Phillips is the Culture Champion at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCL), representing all brands (Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara Club Cruises). In this role she helped conceive and launch the companies’ Employee Resource Groups and several brand champion initiatives (e.g. #IamRCL campaign). Francisca also leads the employee engagement surveys and associated initiatives. Her focus goes beyond diversity and inclusion to incorporate all factors that result in RCL being the highest-rated large cruise company by employees.

Francisca joined RCL in 2005 in the Rewards & Recognition Department after a career in competency-based leadership development consulting. She earned two Bachelor’s degrees and a Master in Eduction from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.

Keith Arachikavitz

Keith is a PRISM Facilitator specializing in diversity and inclusion, harrasment and discrimination, cross cultural communication, implicit bias, equal opportunity and human resources development.

With 20 years experience, he has assisted organizations through climate analysis, employee development, and organizational cultural change.

Keith is a nationally recognized Master Facilitator and has developed and facilitated for organiazations like the Department of Education Office for Civil Rights, the Department of Defense, the U.S. Office for Personnel Management, the National Security Agency, Verizon, Munich Re, Siemens. John Deere, Philips66, Textron and American Airlines.

Keith holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management complimented by two years of PhD work completed in Organizational Psychology.
