Paul is a Senior Facilitator with PRISM International, Inc. He is human resources consultant specializing in managing diversity and equal employment opportunity compliance (EEO).  He has over 25 years of human resource and personnel management experience.  Paul has worked extensively with the U.S. Department of Defense, and was the Deputy Director of External Training for the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) in Cocoa Beach, Florida. As a Senior Facilitator with PRISM for 18 years, Paul has worked with clients around the world providing facilitation, consulting and program development.

He developed an international training course in strategic planning and policy writing for equal opportunity programs for the governments of the United Kingdom, Canada, South Korea and the Republic of South Africa.  Paul designed a two-day senior executive equal opportunity seminar that the Secretary of Defense mandated for all Department of Defense senior executives.  Paul was DEOMI's subject matter expert on affirmative action and gender integration.
