For all that councils do, the Association of Diversity Councils realize that something is missing -- recognition on a broad scale. So the Association of Diversity Counils is proud to announce the creation of the Diversity Council Honors Award to honor the outstanding contributions and achievements of those volunteer employees like you, who are carrying the banner and moving the diversity and inclusion process forward within the organization.
The Association of Diversity Councils know that the success you achieve in your companies comes at the expense of many challenges; but because of the passion that you have for this work, you never quit; you work through the challenges. So in 2009 we will begin what will become an annual recognition of the contributions of councils, by presenting a Diversity Council Honors Award to the Top 25 Company Diversity Councils at the Linkage Summit on Leading Diversity.
