Diversity & Inclusion Executive BriefingExecutive Briefing is a two to four hour session specifically created for the organization's Senior Executives. This program is designed to provide conceptual clarity of diversity and inclusion concepts as they relate to the organization's priorities with a focus on the business rationale of the diversity and inclusion initiatives.

An Expanded Executive Briefing is also available. This is a full day session that is designed for the organization's Senior Executives. This briefing combines the necessary conceptual clarity detailed above with emphasis on specific diversity concepts and skills necessary for effectively managing a diverse workforce, workplace and marketplace. The focus is on developing skills that will enhance relationships, increase productivity, profitability, and customer service.
