An Assessment provides information from a qualitative and quantitative perspective that identifies real issues for future focus and provides a benchmark for tracking the improvement in the issues that have been identified.
PRISM utilizes a triangulated approach to data gathering including surveys, focus groups and one-on-one interviews. This process culminates in an exhaustive report that encompasses the identified demographic slices and provides next step recommendations.
