PRISM Gender Diversity - Learning Module

Topic Goal: To explore together in a small group setting the topic of gender in the workplace and its importance and impact on the individual and the organization.

Specifically, this module provides opportunities to test assumptions, review census and demographics information through participation in case studies, to learn more about specific style differences and behaviors that exist between genders.
