PRISM Sexual Orientation in the Workplace - Learning Module

Topic Goal: To explore together in a small group setting the topic of sexual orientation in the workplace and its importance and impact on the individual and the organization.

Specifically, this module provides opportunities to test assumptions, explore myths and stereotypes, to explore the business case through participation in case studies, to examine the beliefs/feelings and to learn about differing treatments and the potential implications.
