Topic Goal: To explore together in a small group setting the topic of an aging workforce and marketplace and its importance and impact on the individual and the organization.
Specifically, this module provides opportunities to test assumptions, review census and demographics information through participation in case studies and to learn more about the implications to the workforce and society. An optional understanding the law module is included.
