Topic Goal: To explore together in a small group setting the topic of differing abilities and its importance and impact on the individual and the organization.
Specifically, this module provides opportunities to test assumptions, review census and demographics information through participation in case studies and to assist in choosing our words and behaviors. An optional understanding the law module is included.
