The purpose of the Council to Council Forum is to provide a collaborative opportunity to enable diversity council members to learn about the latest thinking and best practices to increase their capability to move to increased levels of effectiveness. The following are the objectives to accomplish this:

1. Receive data on the latest thinking gleaned from the results of 3 years of research on best practices of best in class diversity councils.
2. Provide an opportunity for Diversity Councils to learn from each other about issues, challenges and methods of overcoming obstacles.
3. Provide a forum to learn techniques for addressing the most critical issues facing diversity councils.
4. Provide skill building and tool development opportunities which enable councils to enhance organizational effectiveness and business results.

Registration includes Council to Council Conference attendance, continental breakfast and box lunch.
