Washington D.C. (February 5, 2015) -- Diversity and inclusion practitioners involved with Employee Resource Groups and Diversity Councils can now schedule the 2015 ERG & Council Conference set for October 14th and 15th at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center Hotel in Alexandria, Virginia.

This is the fourth year of the ERG & Council Conference that last year attracted 300 diversity and inclusion practitioners from employee resource groups and diversity councils representing over 90 U.S. organizations. The two day conference features keynote speakers, concurrent workshops, special topic sessions and various networking breaks and opportunities that are all focused on employee resource groups and diversity councils. Participants are provided with expanded opportunities to learn and share best practices, network, celebrate and grow.

"The role of diversity councils and employee resource groups is to contribute to producing viable results that impact the workforce, workplace and the marketplace. One of the conference highlights is the evening reception and dinner celebration featuring the fun and exciting TOP 25 recipient countdown for the 2015 ERG & Council Honors Award™.
