Succeeding Through EEO Compliance™ is a specially designed training program that allows participants to gain knowledge and tools for successful Equal Employment Opportunity compliance. Participants learn why EEO is a critical business issue, increase their awareness of Equal Employment laws and articulate their company's EEO policies and procedures. Furthermore, participants will know management's roles and responsibilities in EEO compliance, assess their workplace and identify EEO compliance situations and be able to utilize tools for successful EEO compliance.
